Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of our spirits and live?

1. Which of God's commands do you tend to have difficulty following (or refuse to follow)? Why?
2. How can you submit your heart more fully to God in these areas?
Keeping the sabbath day holy. Sure we attend church and try to do things as a family but you hear stories of people in a different era or life style who really sit and do nothing all day on Sundays. They attend church and come home to rest. The whole concept makes me wonder what I am doing wrong...then it occurs to me that it's not that I don't want to rest it's that I am incapable of resting. I am incapable of sitting still and silent. After working 5 days a week it's hard to cram all the household tasks into 2 days never mind trying to do it all in 1 so I can rest on a Sunday. Though maybe I just need to start smaller and rest in silence for 5-10 minutes and then being able to rest on a Sunday won't seem like such a hard task but it will be something I strive for and look forward to,
