Chaoter 6: More than Enough

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you"

HEBREWS 13:5

Reflection Questions

1. Is there something in your home that you don't appreciate? What further possibilities can you see in it?

2. Are you content with what God has given your, or do you often need more? If your answer is "more", how can oyu learn to be content with what you have?

  1. 1. I don't think there is anything in my home I don't appreciate but there are things I would love to change, like my back yard. It huge which is great but it just looks so incomplete- so it's on our "To Do" list for when we have extra fundage.

    2. Am I content with all that God has given me...for the most part. Do I envy others who have more, no. Do I pray that I will one day be out of debt so that life is not always such a struggle when it comes to money, daily. Would my husband love a new flat screen TV, sure but I can easily do without it. Do we want shiny new cars instead of used, yeah but we are both happy to have cars that run. At the end of the day when I look around my house and my family I always feel blessed for what I have and excited to see what God will provide me with in the future.
